A Visionary Leader in Defence Reforms

Governor Raju described Manohar Parrikar as a leader who believed that national development depended on equal opportunities and progressive reforms. He noted that Parrikar consistently advocated for strengthening India’s defence capabilities while ensuring that deserving young women had access to the same training and career opportunities as their male counterparts.

According to the Governor, Parrikar’s long-term vision extended beyond policy decisions, focusing on building institutions capable of meeting the future needs of the armed forces.

Promoting Women in Defence Training
