In their appeal, police emphasized that every complaint will be handled with sensitivity, and the identity of victims will be protected. Authorities said they are committed to ensuring that those affected receive the necessary assistance while helping investigators establish the full facts of the case.
Officials urged victims not to remain silent, stressing that even if an incident occurred some time ago, their testimony could prove crucial to the investigation. Anyone with relevant information has also been requested to approach the investigating team or their nearest police station.
