The action was taken during a surprise inspection conducted as part of the department’s ongoing drive to curb the misuse of subsidised Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), which is intended exclusively for domestic consumers.

During the inspection, officials found domestic LPG cylinders allegedly being used in a commercial kitchen.
