Verna Police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) against an unidentified person in connection with the alleged kidnapping of a minor girl from Cortalim. The case was registered following a complaint lodged by the girl’s mother after the minor went missing.
According to police, the complaint prompted an immediate investigation, and a kidnapping case was registered against the unknown accused under the relevant provisions of law. Officials have launched efforts to trace the missing girl and identify the person responsible for her alleged abduction.
