Fresh controversy hits Margao civic administration
A police complaint has been filed by Congress leader Savio Coutinho alleging forgery in the official minutes of the Margao Municipal Council meeting held on March 30.
According to the complaint, key discussions on the door-to-door garbage collection project and the alleged ₹6.53 crore misappropriation were deferred during the meeting. However, the finalized minutes reportedly show the proposal as approved, raising serious concerns.
