
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has appointed Nitin Nabin as its new National President, succeeding J.P. Nadda. Nabin, a senior BJP leader from Bihar and the party’s former Working President, assumed charge after being elected unopposed during the party’s organisational election process.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Nabin on his appointment, expressing confidence that his leadership would further strengthen the party and expand its organisational reach across the country. Senior BJP leaders, including Union ministers and members of the party’s Parliamentary Board, also extended their congratulations.
Nabin, a five-time MLA from Bihar, has held several key organisational positions within the BJP and is regarded as one of the party’s prominent young leaders. His elevation is seen as part of the BJP’s effort to strengthen its organisation ahead of upcoming elections and reinforce its grassroots network nationwide.
Addressing party workers after assuming office, Nabin reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening the BJP’s organisational structure and working towards the vision of a developed India under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership.
