
Three persons sustained injuries after a major road accident involving two cars and a motorcycle at Duler, near Vision Hospital in Mapusa, on Tuesday night. The collision caused significant damage to the vehicles and led to temporary traffic congestion on the busy road.
According to eyewitnesses, the impact of the crash drew the attention of nearby residents, who rushed to assist the injured before emergency services arrived. Police and ambulance personnel reached the scene promptly and shifted the victims to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. While the exact nature of their injuries has not been officially disclosed, all three were reported to be receiving medical care.
The damaged vehicles were later removed from the road, allowing traffic to resume after a brief disruption. Police conducted a spot inspection and recorded statements from witnesses as part of the investigation.
